Who purchases stock art, the customer or me? When?

IN Contest

It’s the designer’s duty to buy any third-party elements. The designer needs to own the license of stock art to avoid any possible issue during the contest.
If you use stock art in a design you’ve submitted to a contest, we need you to:
• Tell the customer which images are stock art, using the licensed content declaration
• Use the watermarked versions of those images in your design.
