JungKook BTS pada 3 November 2023 resmi merilis MV terbarunya berjudul “Standing Next to You”. Lagu yang berasal dari album solo pertamanya berjudul “Golden” ini sukses memikat para fans. JungKook mengatakan bahwa lagu “Standing Next to You” adalah lagu yang memiliki genre pop funk dengan gaya retro khas tahun 80-an.
Jika mendengar alunan musik lagu “Standing Next to You” pendengar akan disuguhkan dengan instrumen dan melodi ala musik disko tahun 80 dan 80-an. Tak main-main, lagu yang memiliki lirik keseluruhan Bahasa Inggris ini juga menceritakan bagaimana si penyanyi akan selalu mendampingi pasangannya dalam situasi apapun.
JungKook tampil tampan di MV “Standing Next to You”. Ia tampil dengan rambut pendek yang rapi dan pakaian serba hitam. Pencahayaan dalam video yang berwarna oranye kemerahan membuat penampilannya semakin menarik. Ada pula scene dimana JungKook memakai sayap berwarna hitam dan menatap ke kamera.
